Booking & Repairs

Click "Book a Repair" on our homepage or dashboard, select your device category, describe the issue, enter your address and preferred time slot, and submit. A technician will be assigned and contact you shortly.

We repair mobile phones (all brands including Apple), laptops, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other home appliances. Select the appropriate category when booking.

Yes, during booking you can select your preferred date and time slot. Our technicians will try their best to accommodate your schedule.

Go to "My Bookings" in your dashboard, find the booking you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking". Cancellations made before a technician is assigned are free. Check our cancellation policy for more details.

Yes, you can reschedule from "My Bookings" if the technician has not yet started the journey to your location. Contact support if you need to reschedule after assignment.

Payments & Pricing

Repair costs vary based on the device type and issue. Our technician will diagnose the problem and provide a cost estimate before starting the repair. You only pay if you approve the estimate.

Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction. You can pay via cash, UPI, or other digital payment methods.

There is no charge for booking. A nominal visiting charge may apply if you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.

Yes, we provide a service warranty on all repairs. The warranty period varies by repair type (typically 30-90 days). If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will fix it free of charge.

A digital receipt is sent to your registered email and is also available in your "My Bookings" section after the repair is completed.

During the Repair

Go to "My Bookings" in your dashboard to see real-time status updates. You will also receive SMS/notifications when a technician is assigned, on the way, and when the repair is complete.

Yes, once a technician is assigned, you can contact them via the in-app chat or call feature in "My Bookings".

If your assigned technician does not arrive at the scheduled time, contact our support team immediately. We will either assign a new technician or help you reschedule.

We recommend you or a trusted adult be present during the repair for security and to provide any needed information or approvals.

If additional parts are required, the technician will inform you of the cost and expected time. You can choose to proceed or cancel. For complex repairs, a follow-up visit may be scheduled.

My Gadgets

My Gadgets lets you save information about your devices (brand, model, purchase date, warranty) for quicker booking and personalized service recommendations.

Go to "My Gadgets" from your dashboard and click "Add Gadget". Fill in the device details and save. You can add multiple gadgets to your profile.

By adding your gadgets, you get faster booking (auto-fill device info), maintenance reminders, warranty expiry alerts, and personalized repair tips.

Go to Profile in your dashboard, click on Addresses, and you can add, edit, or delete your saved addresses. You can also add a new address during booking.
