The Sales program allows you to earn commissions by onboarding new partner technicians to the FixMyGadgets platform. When a partner you onboard completes jobs, you earn a percentage of the assignment fees.

You need to have good communication skills, knowledge of the local repair technician network, and the ability to explain the benefits of joining FixMyGadgets to potential partners.

There are no strict mandatory targets, but consistent onboarding activity is expected. Higher-performing sales agents may qualify for bonuses and incentives.

Share your unique referral code with potential partners. When they register using your code, they are linked to your account. Help them complete the registration and verification process.

Your unique referral code is available in your Sales dashboard. Partners must enter this code during registration for the referral to be tracked.

Explain the benefits: ₹3,000 onboarding credit, access to a steady stream of repair jobs, no registration fee, flexible working hours, and support from the platform.

Partners need valid ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN), a smartphone with the partner app, and information about their repair skills and experience.

You earn 5% of the assignment fee each time a partner you onboarded picks up a job. For example, if a partner accepts a laptop repair (₹150 fee), you earn ₹7.50.

You start earning commissions as soon as the partner completes their first job. Commissions are calculated for every job they complete going forward.

No limit! The more active partners you onboard, the more you earn. Focus on onboarding quality partners who will be active on the platform.

Commissions are accumulated in your Sales wallet. You can request a payout once you reach the minimum threshold. Payouts are processed weekly to your bank account.

You earn commissions for the lifetime of the partner on the platform, as long as they remain active and you remain in the Sales program.

Your Sales dashboard shows all partners you have onboarded, including their registration status, activation date, and job activity.

Yes, the portfolio section shows commission earned per partner, total jobs completed by each partner, and your overall earnings breakdown.

Inactive partners do not generate commissions. You can reach out to encourage them to return to the platform. There is no penalty for inactive referrals.

Go to the Earnings section in your Sales dashboard to see a detailed history of all commissions earned, organized by date and partner.
